We are looking for an experienced Procurement Professional – Mechanical to support procurement activities.

Role: AM - Procurement – Electro Mechanical

Industry: Water Treatment / Wastewater / EPC

Experience: 5–10 Years

Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Mandatory

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of mechanical & electrical equipment and materials for WTP projects.
- Prepare and float RFQs and evaluate vendor quotations
- Prepare Techno-Commercial Comparative Statements
- Review BOQs, datasheets, specifications and technical drawings
- Identify, evaluate and develop qualified vendors/OEMs
- Conduct commercial negotiations and vendor performance evaluations
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs)



and ensure compliance with contractual terms
- Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Logistics and Site teams
- Support Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and vendor drawing/document approvals
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules
- Maintain vendor database, pricing, lead-time and procurement records

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
