Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the companys objectives, including cost- saving initiatives, supplier innovation, and risk mitigation.

Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, ensure compliance with agreements, and resolve any supply issues.

Procurement Process Oversight: Manage end to end procurement process from purchase requests to receipt and approval of goods, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Cost and Quality Control: Analyze procurement costs, compare supplier proposals, and ensure products and services meet quality standards while optimizing expenditure.

Cross Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as operations, finance, and legal to forecast needs, support new product launches, and implement strategic initiatives.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to single-source suppliers, supply chain disruptions, and compliance issues.

Reporting and Analysis:



Prepare procurement reports, monitor market trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
