Responsibilities

- Perform Defined Benefit processing and/or calculation across assigned subtypes such as quotes, basic benefit events, annuities, and distributions.

- Manage assigned worklists efficiently while adhering to standard processing times.

- Produce high-quality work while consistently following SOPs, compliance guidelines, and audit requirements.

- Support integration of new tools, updated SOPs, or workflow changes.

- Collaborate closely with seniors to understand complex cases and process updates.





- Identify individual learning gaps and proactively request clarification or training when needed.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a major in an analytical field such as Math, Actuarial Science, or Statistics.

- Minimum of 1.5-2 years of work experience in Retirements, preferably in the US Defined Benefit area.

- Total of 4-5 years of professional experience in a finance or insurance role.

- Robust mathematical, technical, and analytical skills along with keen attention to detail.

- Proven ability to successfully implement complex processes.

- Outstanding collaboration skills to work effectively within our team.

- Ambitious approach with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.

- Ability to consistently follow compliance and audit requirements.
