- Monitoring Systems: Watch gauges, computer screens, and Distributed Control Systems (DCS) to track temperature, pressure, and flow rates.
- Operating Equipment: Start up, shut down, and adjust plant machinery or packaging lines as needed.
- Troubleshooting: Identify mechanical or technical issues and fix minor faults or request formal maintenance work.
- Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and conduct hazard checks.
- Quality Control: Collect material samples, inspect finished goods, and maintain exact daily log sheets. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
