Process Lead:

- 8+ years of ITSM/IT Operations experience, including significant experience in ITSM process ownership or governance.

- Strong experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms.

Automation Lead:

- 8+ years of experience in IT/SRE automation, AIOps, service management, or related areas.

- Strong hands-on experience with AI/GenAI, LLM-based automation, workflow automation, ITSM, observability, and ChatOps.

- Experience with platforms/tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Azure/AWS/GCP, observability platforms, and automation/orchestration tools is desirable.

- Robust understanding of SRE, incident/problem management, ITIL, automation governance, and operational analytics.

- Experience with Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, and automation/scripting.

- Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.

- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, or similar automation/DevOps tools.





- Familiarity with Azure/AWS and monitoring/observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.

- Exposure to AI/GenAI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-powered automation.

Automation Engineer:

- 1-4 years of experience in IT/SRE automation, AIOps, service management, or related areas.

- Experience with Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, and automation/scripting.

- Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.

- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, or similar automation/DevOps tools.
