About the Role

We are looking for highly skilled Process Engineering professionals (M.Tech / PhD) to work as Subject Matter Experts. You will create high-quality Question–Solution–Answer (QSA) datasets based on process engineering drawings, diagrams, schematics, and technical figures.

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs;), and technical figures
- Create clear, accurate, and well-structured questions
- Develop detailed step-by-step solutions with proper technical reasoning
- Validate final answers for accuracy and completeness




- Conduct necessary research to ensure high-quality technical content
- Review and improve existing QSA content when required

Requirements

- M.Tech or PhD in Process Engineering / Chemical Engineering (mandatory)
- Strong fundamentals in process design, unit operations, heat & mass transfer, or related domains
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical figures
- Excellent technical writing and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output
