Experience : 1 to 4 years

Qualification : Diploma Printing Technology

:-

- Strong technical knowledge of printing machinery, Flexo printing machines and Garvure machine equipment.
- Inspect and examine printed materials for quality and accuracy, ensuring that they meet the client's specifications and requirements.
- Proficiency in performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting common printing equipment issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions that may occur during the printing process.
- Coordinate with other team members, to ensure a seamless workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in printing technology.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Solid knowledge of:
- Coextruded tube manufacturing process
- Screen printing on plastic tubes
- Hot foil stamping / hot foil printing
- Ink systems, screens, meshes, squeegees, and curing methods
- Colour matching and print quality inspection.
- Ability to troubleshoot printing and machine-related issues.
- Good leadership and manpower handling skills.




- Understanding of production planning and quality systems.
- Should operate screen printing and hot foil stamping machines.
- Ensure colour matching, registration, and print quality.
- Achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime.
- Manage job changeovers and screen setup.
- Control ink preparation and viscosity.
- Troubleshoot printing and foil stamping defects.
- Train and supervise machine operators.
- Follow GMP, 5S, safety, and quality standards.
- Maintain production and rejection records.
- Coordinate with QA and maintenance teams.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and machine cleanliness.
- Drive continuous process improvement.
