ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Principal to provide academic leadership and oversee the overall administration of a reputed CBSE-affiliated Senior Secondary School.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in CBSE academic administration, curriculum implementation, board examinations, staff management, and school operations .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead academic planning and CBSE curriculum implementation from KG to Class XII
- Drive academic excellence across Science, Commerce & Humanities
- Manage school administration, staff coordination and regulatory compliance
- Ensure adherence to CBSE affiliation, examination and board procedures




- Coordinate with management, teachers, students and parents to achieve institutional goals

Educational Qualification:

- B.Ed. / M.Ed. is mandatory

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience as a Principal in a CBSE-affiliated school up to Class XII
- Experience as a Principal in a CBSE-affiliated school in Tamil Nadu is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of CBSE Senior Secondary curriculum, policies and guidelines
- Proven experience in CBSE Board examinations and result management
