Job Summary:

Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for a proactive and commercially focused Pricing Coordinator to manage freight pricing activities across Sea, Land, and Air Freight. The role involves sourcing competitive rates, preparing quotations, coordinating with carriers and agents, and providing effective pricing solutions to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Obtain and negotiate competitive freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.

- Prepare and submit accurate freight quotations based on customer requirements.

- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for pricing and shipment requirements.

- Maintain and update rate sheets, tariffs, surcharges, and pricing records.

- Compare market rates and ensure competitive pricing while maintaining company margins.





- Follow up with carriers and agents for rate confirmations and updates.

- Monitor freight market trends and changes in applicable charges.

- Maintain proper records of quotations and rate agreements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Shipping, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or pricing.

- Valuable knowledge of Sea, Land, and Air freight.

- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
