About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Pricing Executive with hands-on experience in International Freight Forwarding . The candidate will be responsible for freight pricing, quotation preparation, rate procurement, vendor negotiation, cost analysis, and providing pricing support to the Sales & Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare competitive freight quotations for customers and the Sales team.
- Handle pricing for Air Freight, Ocean Freight, LCL, FCL, DDP & DDU shipments.
- Obtain and negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, transporters & vendors .
- Analyze freight costs, market rates, surcharges, and profitability.
- Ensure pricing meets company margin and commercial objectives .
- Support RFQs, tenders, and key customer accounts .
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and overseas partners.
- Monitor freight market trends, carrier rates,



and competitor pricing .
- Maintain updated pricing databases, rate sheets, quotations, and vendor agreements.
- Prepare pricing and profitability reports for management.

Requirements

- Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, International Business , or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in International Logistics / Freight Forwarding.
- Strong experience in freight pricing and quotation preparation .
- Good knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, LCL, FCL, DDP & DDU .
- Experience with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and logistics vendors .
- Understanding of international freight forwarding and import/export processes.
- Strong MS Excel skills; experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- English – Mandatory | Hindi – Preferred
