Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 18-30 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Project Lead or similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects from initiation to delivery.
- Solid understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, monitoring & control processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate high-performing teams.
