Head Teacher - Pre-Primary

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Teacher – Pre-Primary who can lead with warmth, purpose and a deep understanding of early childhood education. The role involves nurturing a joyful learning workplace while supporting teachers, engaging with families, and ensuring that every child’s early learning journey is meaningful and developmentally appropriate.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education , with relevant experience working with preschool/pre-primary or kindergarten-age children.
- B.Ed. / NTT / Master’s degree in Education,



Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development , with an ability to translate experiential and inquiry-based learning into meaningful classroom experiences.
- Sound understanding of child development, developmental milestones and kindergarten readiness .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families and colleagues, and to provide clear guidance and feedback.
- Ability to lead, mentor and support teachers while fostering a collaborative and reflective teaching culture.
- Ability to create an inclusive, safe, joyful and engaging learning environment .
- A patient, empathetic and child-centred approach , with a genuine commitment to experiential learning.
- Basic proficiency with educational tools, documentation and parent communication platforms .
- Strong organisational and leadership skills , with the ability to manage the academic and day-to-day requirements of the Pre-Primary section.
