We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused SAP Business One Presales Executive to support our sales team in identifying customer requirements, presenting SAP Business One solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and preparing solution proposals. The candidate will work closely with the Sales and Technical/Functional teams to understand business requirements and demonstrate how SAP Business One can address customer needs and improve business processes.

Responsibilities 1. Understand customer business requirements and identify suitable SAP Business

One solutions.

- Work closely with the sales team during the lead qualification and sales process.
- Conduct SAP Business One product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, solution overviews, and product demonstrations.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements across different functional areas.
- Map customer requirements to SAP Business One functionalities.
- Prepare solution proposals, scope documents, presentations, quotations, and

RFP/RFQ responses.

- Assist the sales team in preparing technical and functional responses to customer queries.
- Participate in customer meetings,



discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations.
- Coordinate with SAP B1 Functional and Technical Consultants to validate proposed solutions.
- Explain SAP Business One features, advantages, implementation approach, and value proposition to customers.
- Identify gaps between standard SAP Business One functionality and customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for possible solutions.

Primary Skills 1. Good understanding of SAP Business One and its major functional modules.

- Strong presales and customer-facing communication skills.
- Ability to understand and analyze business requirements.
- Good presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Functional, Technical, and

Management teams
