Role Purpose To lead Production Planning & Control and Manufacturing Operations, ensuring timely production, optimum resource utilization, quality, productivity and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Production

- Lead complete manufacturing and production operations at the plant.
- Plan production as per customer requirements and delivery schedules.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials and production capacity.
- Monitor daily production targets, productivity and OEE.
- Reduce production delays, rejection, rework and downtime.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to production SOPs, safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.

PPC

- Prepare and monitor production plans and schedules based on orders and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with Sales/Projects, Purchase, Stores and Production for material and capacity planning.
- Monitor RM availability and ensure production readiness.
- Track WIP, production status and order-wise completion.
- Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions to meet dispatch timelines.
- Maintain production MIS,



capacity reports and performance dashboards.
- Improve production planning, lead time and resource utilization.

Team Management

- Lead and develop production and PPC teams.
- Set departmental KPIs and monitor performance.
- Drive accountability, discipline and productivity across the shop floor.
- Train team members and develop second-line leadership.

Required Skills
- Robust experience in manufacturing operations and PPC.
- Excellent knowledge of production planning, scheduling and capacity planning.
- Strong understanding of BOM, MRP, WIP, inventory and production processes.
- Experience in managing shop-floor manpower and production targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel/MIS.
- Ability to manage high-volume and time-critical production requirements.

Qualification B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.

Preferred: Candidates with 9–12 years of experience in engineering/manufacturing, fabrication, sheet metal, PEB, data center infrastructure or similar manufacturing environments, with substantial experience in Production + PPC.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
