Role Description This is a full-time, in office PPC Engineer role based in Khutal Wada. The PPC Engineer will be responsible for planning and executing production, planning, and control activities related to thermal management and airflow solutions, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.

Daily tasks include coordinating with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand, conducting market and capacity analysis, preparing production schedules, and monitoring work orders to align with project requirements. The role involves analyzing data from on-site audits,



supporting the implementation of customized cooling solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and efficiency standards. The PPC Engineer will also help optimize inventory levels, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to process documentation and reporting.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, forecast demand, and optimize production planning and resource allocation.
- Market research capabilities to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in thermal management and data center solutions.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers, and for preparing clear reports and documentation.
- Sales and marketing awareness to align production plans with commercial objectives and support customer-focused delivery timelines.
- Relevant experience in production planning and control, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or data center infrastructure environments.
- Technical understanding of thermal management, airflow systems, or related mechanical/electrical engineering concepts is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency with planning and scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and basic ERP or inventory management systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Khed, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
