Location: Hybrid Bengaluru/Pune or Remote Experience: 3 Plus Year.

Joining: : Immediate joiners preferred As a Power BI Lead, you will be responsible for building scalable data solutions and delivering business-ready dashboards that drive decision-makin g. Key Responsibiliti es:

- Write efficient SQL scripts to create datasets tailored for dashboard developme nt.
- Debug and optimize stored procedures to improve performance and efficien cy.
- Develop datasets from multiple sources including RDS MySQL, Redshift, Athena, Excel, and CSV fil es.
- Design and build interactive dashboards using Power BI and other BI too ls.
- Create custom calculated fields and KP Is.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and build strong data mode ls.
- Use basic Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automati on.
- Experience with Databricks and PySpark is a pl us.
- Implement data quality checks and maintain data linea ge.
- Troubleshoot complex data issues and provide effective resolutio ns.




- Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders through reports and presentatio ns.

Required Skills and Qualificati ons:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fi eld.
- 6+ years of overall experience in data and BI ro les.
- Strong proficiency in SQL including MySQL, Redshift, and Ath ena.
- Experience in debugging and optimizing stored procedu res.
- Hands-on expertise in Power BI including data modeling, RLS, data binding, Power Query, schema creation, charts, and email ale rts.
- Experience with Amazon QuickSight or Tableau is an added advant age.
- Basic Python for data manipulation and analy sis.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, schema design, and data model ing.
- Experience with AWS cloud servi ces.
