Power BI Developer

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and business-oriented Power BI Developer with 8+ years of experience in dashboard development, data visualization, and business reporting. The ideal candidate should be capable of working with large and complex enterprise datasets, designing intuitive dashboards, and translating business requirements into impactful reporting solutions.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to generate actionable insights from commercial and marketing data while enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Work with large and complex datasets from multiple enterprise data sources
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable reporting solutions
- Create visually intuitive dashboards that provide actionable business insights
- Develop KPI tracking frameworks, trend analysis reports, and performance dashboards
- Optimize data models, report performance,



and dashboard usability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, analytics, and data engineering teams
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests from business users

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard/report development and data visualization
- Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Experience working with large and complex datasets across enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of KPIs, business performance reporting, and trend analysis
- Ability to derive meaningful business insights from commercial and marketing data
- Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
- Relevant certifications in Power BI or Data Analytics will be an added advantage

Good to Have
- Experience with Snowflake, SQL, or cloud-based data platforms
- Prior experience working with Pharma/Life Sciences clients
- Exposure to omnichannel analytics or customer engagement analytics use cases
- Understanding of commercial analytics and marketing performance measurement
