KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, organize, supervise, and control all theoretical and practical training activities in accordance with the approved scope and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and monitor training schedules, course plans, lesson plans, practical training schedules, and instructor allocations.
- Monitor the progress, attendance, discipline, and overall performance of trainees.
- Ensure that instructors and training personnel are suitably qualified, competent, and authorized.
- Participate in selection, induction, training, standardization, and periodic assessment of instructors.
- Ensure implementation of all training procedures in accordance with the approved MTOE, manuals, and procedures.
- Maintain and control all training, attendance, practical training, instructor records, and other documentation.
- Attend DGCA/internal meetings, audits, inspections, and reviews.
- Provide information, reports, and records to the competent authority as and when required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS1.



BAMEL/BAMEC QualificationThe candidate shall hold or have held a Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence (BAMEL) / Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Certificate (BAMEC) in a category relevant to the approved or proposed scope of the CAR-147 (Basic) organization.

OR

- AME Course & Aviation ExperienceThe candidate shall have successfully undergone an approved/recognized Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) course and possess a minimum of five (05) years of aviation experience, out of which at least two (02) years shall be as an Instructor/Examiner/Assessor in an aviation training or maintenance training setting.
- Mandatory Regulatory & Instructional TrainingThe candidate shall have undergone training in:

- Instructional Techniques / Train-the-Trainer
- Human Factors
- CAR-66 & CAR-147 requirements

NoteAppointment and continuation of the Post Holder shall be subject to the candidate meeting the applicable qualification, experience, competence, and regulatory acceptance requirements prescribed by DGCA from time to time.
