Key Responsibilities

Initial Assignments

- Rate Card Preparation
- Prepare standard rate cards based on previous CBR projects.
- Classify rates by project segment and Tally cost centre.
- Create a master rate database for future reference.
- Rate Analysis
- Prepare detailed rate analysis for all execution scopes.
- Include material, labour, machinery, transportation, wastage, overheads, and profit.
- Update rates periodically based on market variations.
- Method Statements
- Prepare standard method statements for all work scopes.
- Include execution methodology, material specifications, quality requirements,

Safety measures, and inspection checklists

Post-Contract Estimator-Job Roles

- Prepare project BOQs based on approved drawings.
- Verify awarded quantities against contract BOQ.
- Prepare procurement quantities and material requisitions.
- Cost monitoring and budget tracking throughout the project.
- Track material consumption and labour productivity.




- Prepare variation orders (VOs) and additional work costing.
- Verify subcontractor quotations and recommend awards.
- Certify subcontractor bills and supplier invoices.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Projects, Accounts, and Design teams.
- Maintain and update the company rate database.
- Prepare monthly project cost reports and budget variance reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Maintain standard cost codes and Tally cost centre mapping.
- Prepare final project cost statements after project completion.
- Develop and update standard rate analysis, templates, and costing formats.
- Support management with project profitability analysis and MIS reports.

Qualification:B Tech Civil

Experience:3-5 Years of relevant experience in commercial Interiors projects
