Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED required.

- One of the following
- Minimum of 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field; OR
- Alaska SEED Level 7 Certificate or higher.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain upon hire.
- Ability to pass all required state, federal, and tribal background checks.
- Must be at least 18 years old and provide professional references.
- Teaching or child care experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Nurturing, responsible, organized, and a team player.
