– PLC OPERATOR

Department: Production | Industry: Cattle Feed

Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Head | Shift: Rotational

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor PLC/SCADA-controlled cattle feed production lines.
- Control and monitor grinding, batching, mixing, pelleting, cooling, crumbling and screening processes.
- Ensure correct recipe selection, batching accuracy and process parameters.
- Monitor alarms, equipment status and production flow; report abnormalities immediately.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Stores for smooth operations.
- Maintain shift-wise production, downtime, batch and process records.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards and safety procedures.
- Support troubleshooting and coordinate with Maintenance during PLC/equipment breakdowns.
- Conduct proper shift handover and communicate pending issues.

Qualification & Experience
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation or relevant field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in PLC/SCADA operations; feed mill experience preferred.
