About the Role:Kogyo Electro-Navi Mumbai is looking for a skilled and motivated PLC Automation Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, programming, and troubleshooting PLC and HMI systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of automated industrial processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on retrofit automation projects from concept to completion, in a dynamic and hands-on engineering workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and program PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems for various industrial applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in PLC, HMI, and associated automation systems to minimize downtime.

- Maintain and monitor electrical control systems, including circuit breakers, MCCB, and MCB, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.





- Manage retrofit automation projects independently - from initial planning and design through execution and final commissioning.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Conduct regular system checks, preventive maintenance, and performance optimization of automated equipment.

- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project updates for management.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of PLC and HMI programming, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Sound understanding of electrical systems including circuit breakers, MCCB, and MCB.

- Ability to manage automation projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

- B.E / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

- 2-5 years of relevant industry experience .
