Job Responsibility:

Candidate will be responsible for handling Ticket Triage and Escalations

Co-ordinating with Onshore users/team to perform day to day tasks related to Platform operations

Monitoring of infrastructure systems and perform backup operations

Upgrades to platforms

Be ready to work in UK timings if needed

Documenting process and managing knowledge store

If needed, be part of on-call rotation support during off office hours (including weekends)

Relevant Experience:

7-8 years of qualified experience working with Platform and Infrastructure management

Should have experience working in onshore-offshore model

Must have Experience in Technologies:

VMWare

Window Server

Active Directory (On-Premise and Azure)

Azure

Good to have Experience in Technologies:

Storage and backup (Pure Storage and Cohesity)

Linux (Ubuntu)

PRTG

Zerto

Citrix

Soft Skills:

Good written & verbal communication

Time management and prioritisation

Being able to work independently and in a team

Go-getter attitude when taking initiative and ownership

Driven by curiosity, able to search and find and deliver
