Job Title: Plant Supervisor

Location: Raipura Jat, Agra

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily plant and production activities.
- Manage and allocate work to plant workers and operators.
- Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion of work.
- Ensure proper handling, processing, packing, and storage of seeds.
- Maintain production records, stock records, and daily reports.
- Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards within the plant.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.




- Report daily production and operational updates to the management.

Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Agriculture, Mechanical, Production, or a related field preferred.
- 0–5 years of experience in plant supervision, preferably in the seed/agriculture industry.
- Good knowledge of production and plant operations.
- Ability to manage manpower and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge and valuable record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in a plant/production environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
