Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress control for industrial construction, oil & gas, or petrochemical projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules, tracking progress, coordinating with site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, manpower/equipment plans, and progress reports.
- Monitor actual project progress against planned schedules and identify delays or deviations.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and subcontractor teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and dashboards.
- Analyze project delays and assist in developing recovery and catch-up plans.
- Track critical activities, milestones, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Prepare progress measurement, S-curves,



and schedule updates.
- Participate in planning meetings and provide regular project status updates to management.
- Ensure planning activities are aligned with project specifications, contractual requirements, and HSE objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelors/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial construction, oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, EPC, or similar projects.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Robust understanding of construction planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls.
- Good knowledge of construction activities, productivity tracking, and project reporting.
- Strong coordination, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience: Refinery, petrochemical plants, process plants, pipelines, tank farms, structural works, mechanical erection, and other industrial construction projects.
