We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control for large-scale real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.

- Prepare master, phase-wise, tower-wise and look-ahead schedules.

- Monitor project progress, critical paths, milestones, delays and recovery plans.

- Coordinate with design, PMC, contractors, procurement, finance and approval teams.

- Prepare MIS, dashboards and project progress reports for management.

- Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow and contractor billing.

- Lead planning engineers and drive standardized planning & reporting processes.

Key Requirements

- Strong experience in real estate project planning & project controls.

- Hands-on expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

- Experience in MIS reporting, cost monitoring, scheduling and delay analysis.

- Robust stakeholder coordination and team management skills.

- Experience with high-rise residential projects will be preferred.
