Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Placement Coordinator to manage student placements and coordinate with companies for job and internship opportunities. The candidate should have robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with companies and HR teams for placement and recruitment drives.

Identify and communicate job and internship opportunities to students.

Manage student registrations and maintain placement records.

Coordinate interviews, aptitude tests, and other recruitment activities.

Communicate interview schedules and selection updates to students.

Maintain regular follow-ups with students and recruiters.





Assist students with resume preparation and interview guidance.

Prepare placement reports and maintain databases.

Build and maintain good relationships with companies and students.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good English and Hindi communication.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
