We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Coordinator to manage and strengthen the placement activities of our training institute. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with companies, identifying job opportunities, coordinating interviews, preparing students for recruitment, and maintaining strong relationships with employers.

The role requires excellent communication, follow-up, coordination, and relationship-management skills, with a strong focus on helping students secure suitable employment opportunities after completing their training.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the complete placement process for students across different IT and skilled training programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, HR teams, and placement agencies.
- Identify and source relevant job openings suitable for trained students.
- Regularly communicate with companies regarding vacancies, recruitment requirements, and interview opportunities.
- Coordinate job interviews, walk-in drives, online interviews, and recruitment drives.
- Share job descriptions, eligibility criteria, interview schedules, and company requirements with eligible students.
- Screen and shortlist student profiles based on company requirements.
- Coordinate with trainers and counsellors to identify placement-ready students.




- Conduct or coordinate placement preparation activities such as aptitude tests, mock interviews, resume preparation, and communication sessions.
- Maintain updated records of students' placement status, interview attendance, selections, offers, and joining details.
- Follow up with students and companies throughout the recruitment process.
- Collect feedback from employers regarding candidate performance and improve placement processes accordingly.
- Maintain a database of companies, recruiters, job openings, and placed students.
- Support students in understanding job roles, interview expectations, and career opportunities.
- Achieve monthly placement and employer-connect targets assigned by management.
- Prepare regular placement reports and submit them to management.
- Coordinate with the marketing, counselling, and training teams to improve student placement outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's degree / Master's degree.
- Candidates with experience in placement coordination, recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, training institutes, or career counselling will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills may also be considered.

Experience 1–3 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, HR, career services, or a training/education institute is preferred.
