Position: Placement Coordinator

Location: Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh

CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹4.0 LPA

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Coordinator to manage student placement activities, build industry connections, and support students in accessing job and internship opportunities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with students, colleges, companies, and placement data and should have a strong interest in recruitment, outreach, and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage college placement activities and student placement drives.
- Maintain and manage student databases, placement records, and company requirements.
- Coordinate with companies and recruiters for job and internship opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters, companies, and industry professionals.
- Identify suitable placement opportunities based on student skills and eligibility.
- Support students with registration, applications, interviews, and placement processes.
- Conduct student outreach through WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Assist in creating placement-related communications and campaigns.
- Use LinkedIn and other platforms to identify companies, recruiters, and potential hiring opportunities.
- Stay updated with current AI tools, technologies,



and digital trends that can support placement and outreach activities.
- Prepare regular reports on placement activities, student participation, and hiring progress.
- Work closely with the college management and placement team to achieve placement targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Positive knowledge of English, Telugu, and Tamil. Hindi
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and online recruitment platforms.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets and data management skills.
- Basic understanding of AI tools and current AI technologies.
- Ability to handle large student databases and maintain accurate records.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh.
