Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Gurugram. The Physiotherapist will assess seniors’ physical health, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and pain management. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, supervising therapeutic exercises, using manual therapy techniques, and monitoring progress to adjust care plans.

The role involves maintaining accurate clinical records, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other care professionals, and educating residents and families on safe movement, fall prevention, and home exercise programs.



The Physiotherapist is expected to contribute to a supportive environment that promotes independence, comfort, and quality of life for all residents.

Qualifications

- Qualified physiotherapy qualifications, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution, and relevant licensing or registration as required.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and pain management for geriatric populations.
- Knowledge of geriatric care, fall prevention, post-surgical rehabilitation, and common age-related musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
- Ability to maintain clear and accurate documentation, follow clinical protocols, and use basic digital tools or electronic health records.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to working with seniors, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Capacity to work on-site in Gurugram, manage a caseload effectively, and adapt to a residential or clinical senior care environment.
- Prior experience in hospital, outpatient, or eldercare settings is preferred; additional certifications in geriatric physiotherapy or rehabilitation would be beneficial.
