About the Role

Soni Productions is looking for a skilled and creative Photographer to cover weddings, housewarming ceremonies, maternity shoots, birthdays, corporate events, product shoots, and other special occasions.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, a creative eye, and the ability to capture natural emotions and important moments while maintaining consistent professional quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Cover traditional and candid photography assignments.
- Handle weddings, housewarmings, maternity shoots, birthdays, baby shoots, corporate events, and product shoots.
- Understand the client’s requirements and follow the assigned shoot brief.
- Capture high-quality images with proper composition, lighting, focus, and exposure.
- Set up and operate cameras, lenses, flashes, lights, and other photography equipment.
- Coordinate professionally with clients, videographers, event teams, and internal staff.
- Arrive at the shoot location on time and complete assignments according to schedule.
- Transfer, organise, label, and submit all RAW photographs after every shoot.
- Maintain company equipment carefully and report any technical issues.
- Follow Soni Productions’ quality standards, dress code, and client-service guidelines.
- Travel within Bengaluru and nearby locations when required.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
- Robust understanding of manual camera settings.




- Knowledge of indoor and outdoor lighting techniques.
- Good composition and candid photography skills.
- Ability to work in changing lighting and event conditions.
- Basic understanding of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop is preferred.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work during weekends, early mornings, evenings, and event-based schedules.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional photography experience preferred.
- A strong photography portfolio is mandatory.
- Candidates with wedding and event photography experience will be preferred.
- Must be punctual, responsible, presentable, and disciplined.
- Having a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent photography skills and a strong portfolio may also apply.

Education Any qualification. Practical photography skills, experience, and portfolio quality will receive greater preference.

Salary

Competitive salary based on skills, experience, portfolio, and interview performance.
