Role & responsibilities

1. Medication Dispensing & Patient Support

- Dispense medicines strictly as per doctors prescription.
- Explain dosage, usage instructions, precautions, and possible side effects to patients when required.
- Ensure patients receive the correct medication, quantity, and instructions.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and skilled conduct.

2. Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory of medicines, injectables, skincare products, and clinical consumables used in treatments.
- Monitor stock levels and expiry dates regularly.
- Ensure timely stock replenishment to avoid shortages.
- Coordinate with management and vendors for ordering and procurement.

3. Pharmacy Records & Documentation

- Maintain proper records of medicines dispensed and stock movement.
- Ensure proper documentation for controlled drugs and prescription medicines as per regulations.
- Maintain purchase invoices, stock registers, and pharmacy documentation.
- Support preparation of inventory and usage reports when required.

4. Compliance & Safety

- Ensure the pharmacy operates in compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain proper storage conditions for medicines and injectables (temperature, hygiene, storage guidelines).




- Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely removal and disposal of expired medicines.
- Follow proper protocols for handling high-value aesthetic medicines and injectables.

5. Coordination with Doctors & Clinic Staff

- Coordinate with doctors and clinical team regarding medication requirements for treatments.
- Ensure availability of required consumables for procedures and treatments.
- Support smooth clinic operations by ensuring pharmacy readiness for patient treatments.

6. Vendor & Purchase Coordination

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of medicines and pharmacy products.
- Compare supplier pricing when required and maintain cost efficiency.
- Maintain professional relationships with authorized distributors.

7. Pharmacy Maintenance

- Ensure the pharmacy area remains clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
- Arrange medicines and products in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Maintain proper labeling and storage practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Education

Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm)

Experience

Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience as a Pharmacist (clinic / hospital / dermatology clinic preferred)

Registration

Must have valid State Pharmacy Council Registration (Telangana)
