Job Title: PGT Accountancy & Business Studies (BST)

Shree Bafna Public School is seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) to handle Senior Secondary classes (XI & XII) for Accountancy and Business Studies. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, modern pedagogical skills, and the ability to mentor students for academic excellence in Commerce.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Accountancy and Business Studies to Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Design engaging lesson plans, prepare conceptual teaching materials, and utilize digital tools for effective classroom delivery.
- Guide students through practical projects, case studies, and board exam preparation strategies.
- Conduct regular assessments, mock exams, and evaluations to track individual student performance.
- Provide remedial support to low achievers and advanced guidance for high-performing students.
- Organize commerce-related co-curricular activities, workshops, and business quizzes.
- Maintain complete academic records, register marks,



and communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) with a B.Ed. degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in Senior Secondary (CBSE) preferred. Fresher candidates with exceptional subject knowledge may also apply.
- Skills: Excellent command over spoken and written English, sound knowledge of accounting software/tools, strong classroom management, and good interpersonal skills.
