About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Pest Controller with strong knowledge of the wood and plywood industry, particularly in identifying, preventing, and controlling termite infestation and other wood-damaging pests.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in wood treatment and be capable of handling customer complaints and technical pest-related issues at both manufacturing and site levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct inspection of wood, plywood, furniture, buildings, and other wooden structures for termite infestation.
- Have excellent practical knowledge of termite identification, treatment, prevention, and control.
- Carry out termite treatment and other pest-control activities using appropriate industry-approved methods.
- Identify the root cause of termite and pest infestation and recommend suitable corrective measures.
- Handle customer complaints related to termites, wood deterioration, and pest infestation.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical solutions to customers.
- Provide guidance regarding preventive treatment for wood and wooden structures.
- Maintain records of pest-control inspections, treatments, customer complaints, and follow-up visits.
- Coordinate with the production, quality, sales, and service teams regarding pest-related issues.
- Prepare inspection reports and recommend appropriate treatment procedures.
- Ensure safe handling and application of pest-control chemicals in accordance with applicable safety requirements.
- Conduct follow-up inspections to verify the effectiveness of treatment.




- Assist the company in developing improved termite-resistant and pest-control practices for wood products.

Required Skills & Experience

- Prior work experience in the wood, plywood, timber, furniture, or allied wood industry is highly preferred.
- Strong and practical knowledge of termite control and termite treatment is essential.
- Knowledge of wood-destroying insects and common pest problems affecting wood products.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and site inspections.
- Ability to independently identify pest-related problems and recommend solutions.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer/site locations when required.
- Ability to prepare basic inspection and service reports.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum Graduate; relevant technical experience will be given higher preference.
- Candidates with specialized training/certification in pest management will be preferred.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Basic Salary)

Salary will not be a major constraint for the right candidate. Candidates with strong experience and excellent knowledge of termite control and the wood industry may be offered a higher salary based on their expertise and suitability.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are particularly interested in candidates who:

- Have hands-on experience in termite treatment.
- Have previously worked with a plywood, timber, wood-processing, furniture, or wood-treatment company.
- Can independently handle termite-related customer complaints.
- Have strong practical knowledge rather than only theoretical pest-control knowledge.
- Can identify the reason for wood infestation and suggest effective preventive measures.
- Are willing to travel for customer/site inspections.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
