? MARKETING EXPECTATIONS

- Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads for digital marketing services.
- Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and ROAS.
- Research target markets, industries and potential customer segments.
- Identify businesses that can benefit from digital marketing services.
- Develop strategies to improve lead quality and marketing ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

? SALES & CLIENT ACQUISITION EXPECTATIONS
- Identify and approach potential clients for digital marketing services.
- Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.




- Follow up with prospects and support the conversion process.
- Monthly Target: Onboard 4-6 new digital marketing clients.
- Maintain professional relationships with newly acquired clients.
- Additional sales targets and incentives will be discussed during the interview.

? IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Minimum 2 years of practical performance marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization
- Understanding of digital marketing services
- Positive communication and client-handling skills
- Target-oriented and results-driven
