Role & responsibilities

Experience

6+ years in performance testing, with hands-on experience in testing CRM applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, design, and execute performance tests based on workload models.
- Develop and maintain performance scripts using JMeter.
- Execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
- Analyze response times, throughput, errors, resource utilization, and system bottlenecks.
- Perform root-cause analysis of performance issues in collaboration with ServiceNow Engineering/Application teams.
- Prepare performance test reports, observations, defects, and recommendations.
- Support test-data preparation and workload-model validation.
- Participate in performance defect triage and retesting.

Required Skills

- Robust CRM knowledge.
- Hands-on expertise in JMeter
- Experience with REST/API performance testing and web application performance analysis.
- Experience with Catchpoint, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, or similar monitoring/APM tools.
- Strong skills in performance analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently with Engineering, Development, and QA teams.
