We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the sales of a reputed Jewellery firm in Surat.

The ideal candidate should have passion for Gems and Jewellery, excellent communication skills and a drive to succeed.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and client prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable offerings.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives.
- Coordinate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in business administration (BBA)



and similar field (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in Gems and Jewellery products. Freshers with relevant skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of Gems and Jewellery or related industries will be advantageous.
- Experience with digital marketing, sales analytics tools, lead generations, social media marketing, leveraging of ai, etc.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour in Gems & Jewellery sector.
