Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.

Develop, plan, and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.

Lead, mentor, and manage the internal marketing team as well as coordinate with external teams.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard third-party vendors/marketing agencies for specific projects.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to maximize ROI.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and campaigns.

Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools.

Requirements

Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.

Proven ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.

Solid experience in handling external agencies and third-party partners.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management platforms.
