Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Manager role based in New Delhi. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital and performance marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, display, and referral platforms to drive patient inquiries and appointments.

The Performance Marketing





Manager will analyze campaign data, track key metrics, manage budgets, and prepare regular performance reports to guide decision-making.

Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to align messaging, coordinating with agencies or vendors when needed, conducting A/B tests, and continuously improving campaign effectiveness and return on investment. The role also includes monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and strengthen the brand’s online presence.

Work Location - Jasola, New Delhi(corporate office)

Requirements

Experience: 6–10 years
