We guide students through every step of the journey — from choosing the right university and country to admission and beyond. Our growth is powered by performance marketing. We run significant ad budgets across Meta and Google and we're looking for a hands-on expert to help us scale further.

As a Performance Marketing Expert, you will own the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. You will contribute to campaign strategy and drive lead volume, lead quality, CPL, and ROAS. This is a high-ownership role: your decisions will directly impact how efficiently we grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan and execute paid campaign strategy across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) in line with business goals and budgets
- Build campaign structures, audiences, targeting, and ad copy; coordinate with the creative team for ad assets
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily for CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS — adjusting bids, budgets, and audiences to hit targets
- Track ROAS per campaign: scale winners, pause or fix loss-making campaigns, and recommend budget shifts
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages; identify creative fatigue early and refresh proactively




- Maintain accurate conversion tracking (pixels, events, UTMs) and clean account structures across all ad accounts
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports (spend, leads, CPL, ROAS) and flag anomalies immediately
- Ensure ad compliance with platform policies, especially in the education and healthcare verticals
- Escalate risks and blockers early with proposed solutions

QUALIFICATION

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, ideally in lead generation
- A proven track record of improving CPL and ROAS on meaningful monthly budgets
- Solid working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, and conversion tracking setups
- A data-driven mindset — comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and turning numbers into decisions
- Experience designing and running A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Strong communication skills in English; you can explain performance clearly to non-marketing stakeholders
- A self-starter attitude — you take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
