About Us:-

Key Responsibilities:-

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including audience targeting, budgeting, creatives, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, CPM, CTR, and ROAS.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance.
- Create reports and dashboards using Excel/Looker Studio for management review.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with latest trends and platform updates in digital marketing.

Requirements:-

- 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Solid experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads,



and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics such as CPL, CAC, CTR, and ROAS.
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
