We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns when required.
- Create campaigns for leads, sales, website traffic, WhatsApp inquiries, and brand awareness.
- Handle audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and campaign structure.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
- Test different creatives, audiences, offers, and ad copies.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to reduce cost and improve results.
- Coordinate with the content and design team for better-performing ad creatives.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and basic analytics.
- Prepare clear weekly/monthly performance reports for clients.
- Manage ad budgets responsibly across multiple client accounts.





Who We’re Looking For
- Practical experience running paid ads for businesses.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Ads will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of lead generation and sales funnels.
- Comfortable handling multiple client accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate should be based in or willing to work from Bathinda, Punjab.

Preferred Experience 1–3+ years in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads

Candidates should preferably be able to show previous campaign results, such as improvements in CPL, ROAS, leads, or sales.

Important

We are looking for someone who understands performance and conversions, not someone who only knows how to boost Instagram posts.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
