At The Choosy Investor (TCI), you’ll work closely with the Founder’s Office, own performance marketing initiatives, experiment with new growth strategies, work with data and automation, and see your work directly impact business outcomes.

? What You’ll Own

- Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Drive high-quality leads while improving ROI, conversions and lead quality.
- Own performance marketing initiatives across digital channels.
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns and automation.
- Work hands-on with GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM, automation and marketing.
- Manage CRM, lead workflows and marketing data effectively.
- Analyze campaign performance and turn data into actionable growth insights.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Experiment with new channels, strategies and campaigns to identify growth opportunities.
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects and continuously improve performance.





? What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Experience in lead generation and email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Strong understanding of CRM and data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, curious and highly execution-oriented.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to move fast.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Real estate experience preferred.
- Strong academic background from reputed Engineering or MBA institutions preferred.
