Employment Type: Full-Time
1. Job Purpose
To provide day-to-day office and administrative support, maintain cleanliness and basic office arrangements, assist employees and visitors, and ensure smooth functioning of routine office activities.
1. Key Responsibilities
Office Support
- Serve tea, coffee, water and refreshments to employees, visitors and management as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of office premises, meeting rooms, pantry and common areas.
- Arrange meeting rooms, chairs, tables, stationery and other requirements before meetings.
- Ensure drinking water, tea/coffee and other basic office supplies are available.
- Assist in photocopying, printing, scanning, filing and other routine office work.
- Distribute documents, files, courier and internal communication to concerned departments/employees.
Administrative Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier, parcels and documents.
- Post offices, courier offices, vendors or other nearby locations for official work when required.
- Purchase routine office items, stationery, refreshments and other approved requirements.
- Maintain basic records of courier, stationery or other items as assigned.
- Assist HR/Admin in arranging employee events, meetings and office activities.
Workshop / Office Assistance
- Support the workshop and office team in maintaining proper housekeeping and workplace arrangements.
- Assist in shifting files, cartons, stationery and other non-technical materials as required.
- Support loading/unloading of light office materials where appropriate and secure.
- Inform HR/Admin immediately about any housekeeping, maintenance or facility-related issue.
1. Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of office housekeeping and administrative work.
- Ability to handle documents and routine office errands responsibly.
- Good communication and polite behaviour.
- Punctual, reliable and disciplined.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Physically fit for routine office-support activities.
- Basic knowledge of photocopying, scanning and printing will be an advantage.
1. Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Minimum 8th / 10th Standard Pass Experience: 1–3 years in office boy, peon, office assistant or similar role. Freshers may also be considered.

- Behaviour and coordination with employees and visitors

1. Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- Work may involve both office and workshop areas.
- Occasional local travel for official errands may be required.
- Working hours will be as per company policy.
Note: The employee may be assigned additional duties related to office administration and support based on business requirements. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
