Role & responsibilities
- At least 5-8 years of hands-on marketing decisioning (Hands on experience working on Configuration, debugging, validation, ability to make changes in strategy/decision framework)
- Relevant experience in analysis, requirement gathering, design and development of enterprise decisioning based application systems.
- Pega Technical Certification (Decision Architect)
- Knowledge of Multi-context decisioning, 1:1 Operations manager, Arbitration framework,
- Knowledge of Optimization, Simulation, Best practice recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
