Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pediatrician role based in Bengaluru. The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive primary and specialty care to infants, children, and adolescents, including routine check-ups, growth and development assessments, vaccinations, and management of acute and chronic illnesses. Daily responsibilities include taking detailed medical histories, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing evidence-based treatment plans.

The Pediatrician will collaborate with other physicians and healthcare professionals on the MediVaah network to coordinate care, ensure continuity of services, and support family education on preventive health, nutrition, and developmental milestones. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records,



adhering to clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements, and contributing to a positive, safe, and family-friendly care environment.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage common pediatric conditions and coordinate holistic care.
- Specialized expertise in Pediatrics, including growth and development, vaccination schedules, and pediatric emergency management.
- Experience or training in Neonatology for the care of newborns, including premature and high-risk infants.
- Ability to work effectively with Physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide integrated, patient-centered care.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with a specialization in Pediatrics (MD/DNB or equivalent) and valid medical council registration.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and evidence-based medicine.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, families, and caregivers in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Capability to work in a busy in office clinical setting in Bengaluru, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Prior experience in hospital or clinic-based pediatric practice is preferred; familiarity with digital health platforms is an advantage.
