The PC&L; Incharge will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Planning, Control, and Logistics functions within the organization. This role involves ensuring productive material flow, managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and optimizing the supply chain processes. The PC&L; Incharge will work closely with production, procurement, and quality departments to ensure that materials are available as per production schedules while minimizing excess inventory.

The successful candidate will also be involved in implementing strategies for continuous improvement in logistics and inventory management.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handling End to End production planning and scheduling to meet the customer delivery schedule adherence.
- Monthly, Weekly , Daily Production resource requirement Release & 6M alignment Tracking.
- Knowledge in TPS, kanbon system & resouce planning
- Ensure Effective utilisatoin of resources & drive for improvement actions




- Budget planning, Capacity mapping & improvement.
- Working with CFT for Material planning , Line production planning , Pattern production, Effficiency monitoring.
- Effective inventory Management of RM stores, WIP & FG warehouse.
- SAP Working knowledge with S4/HANA - BOM creation, Routing creation / revision in SAP in line with Partlist.
- Periodic Stock verification audit & reconcillation.
- knowledge on Budget Working, CAPEX, Work on Infractructure requirements & Establishment
- Knowledge on PO & Invoicing Process, Design output documents study( Dwg, Partlist )
- Knowledge in Electronic components planning and ordering.
- Knowledge on Systems - IATF, EOHS & Documents maintenance.
- Working knowledge in New Product SOP process & Change management.
