Role Description The Payment Collection Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing and monitoring customer payments related to rooftop solar installations. This role includes following up with customers for outstanding dues, maintaining accurate records of invoices and collections, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.

Executive will assess payment risks, support credit control processes, and ensure timely collections in line with company policies. The role also involves regular communication with customers to clarify payment terms, address queries, and promote a smooth,



professional payment experience that supports RENGY’s trusted marketplace positioning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Credit Control and Debt Collection skills, including experience in managing receivables and reducing overdue accounts.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with customers, installers, and internal stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret payment data, identify patterns or risks, and support decision-making on collections strategies.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge, such as understanding invoices, payment terms, and basic accounting concepts.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in collections, banking, financial services, or SaaS marketplaces is an advantage.
- Ability to work with digital tools and CRM systems, maintain accurate records, and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
