Patient Relationship Officer (PRO)
Experience: 1–3 years (Hospital PRO experience required)
Skills: Robust communication and interpersonal abilities
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients and families.
- Address patient queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth patient services.
- Maintain patient satisfaction and trust through effective communication.
- Support hospital administration in enhancing patient care standards.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience as a PRO in a hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Graduate degree preferred (Healthcare/Management background advantageous).
Pay: From ₹20,000.80 per month
