- PRE: 1–3 years
- Patient Relationship Manager: 3–6 years
- Healthcare / Hospital / Clinic / Wellness / Jewellery experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the complete patient journey and relationship from first interaction to follow-up.
- Handle patient queries, appointments, counselling and coordination.
- Welcome and assist walk-in patients at the clinic.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic teams for smooth patient handling.
- Explain treatment/wellness plans and support patient conversion.
- Conduct regular patient follow-ups and maintain patient engagement.
- Handle patient concerns, complaints and escalations professionally.
- Maintain patient records, CRM updates and daily reports.
- Support patient retention and repeat visits.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Work towards patient satisfaction,



conversion and revenue targets.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong patient/client handling ability.
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, wellness or customer relationship management preferred.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with counselling and sales.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle difficult patients and escalations professionally.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
